When you quick-add an appliance, we now show its suggested maintenance reminders as a checklist so you can pick which to track before they're created.

Appliances list rebuilt: filter by All / Floor / Room / Type and the default view groups by floor → room. Each appliance icon is picked from its name (Refrigerator, Gas Range, Garage Door, etc.) so the list looks consistent at a glance.

Adding an appliance now requires only the appliance name and the room — manufacturer, model, and serial number are optional.
