The HomeWell Apps and Web Workspace
This policy covers HomeWell: Home Management, HomeWell Realtor, HomeWell Tenant, HomeWell Property Manager, and HomeWell Vendor (the "Apps"), and the homewell.pro website and Realtor CRM web workspace (the "Web Workspace").
Information We Collect
Account information. When you create an account we collect your name, email address, phone number, role (homeowner, realtor, tenant, property manager, or vendor), and a password (stored only as a salted hash by our authentication provider, Supabase).
Property, transaction, and lease data. Property addresses, appliance and maintenance records, unit details, lease terms, rent ledgers, real-estate listings and transactions, and tenant or client directory information needed to operate the workflow you are using.
Photos and documents. Photos you attach to maintenance requests, appliance nameplates, receipts, inspections, or property records, plus documents you upload (leases, manuals, warranties, invoices, transaction paperwork). EXIF metadata may include device make/model and location if your device records it.
Location. When you grant location permission, we use your approximate or precise location while the app is in use to find vendors near you, tag inspection photos, share ETA with clients (Vendor app), or compute a service area or equity-estimator radius. We do not track your location in the background.
Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe (web) or Apple (App Store subscriptions). We do not see or store your full card number; for Stripe payments we store only a payment-method token, last-4 digits, and the transaction record.
AI feature inputs and outputs. Content you submit to an AI feature (for example, a photo for nameplate scanning, or context for a drafted follow-up message) and the AI's response are processed by Together AI and logged for quality and fair-housing review.
Diagnostics and feedback. If you submit feedback in-app, we record the device kind, device model, OS version, app version, and build identifier so we can reproduce issues. Push-notification tokens are stored to deliver alerts you have asked for.
How We Use Information
We use your information to authenticate your account, connect you to the correct property, portfolio, or client relationship, deliver maintenance, real-estate, and messaging workflows, process payments, send notifications you opt into, respond to support requests, and maintain reliability and security. We do not sell personal information and we do not use your data for third-party advertising.
Communications Preferences
We send transactional messages needed to operate your account (verification codes, task and message notifications, billing receipts) regardless of marketing preferences. For marketing or campaign messages you have opted into, you can withdraw consent at any time — reply STOP to a text, use the email unsubscribe link, or change your notification settings in the app — and we do not send SMS marketing without your prior express written consent.
AI Features
AI-drafted content (message suggestions, scanned records, maintenance suggestions) is a suggestion for you to review, not a final communication or decision made on your behalf. AI features are not used to steer or discriminate in real-estate communications on the basis of a protected class, and relevant outputs are logged so that can be verified.
Storage, Processors, and Sharing
Operational data is stored with managed infrastructure providers: Supabase (authentication, database, file storage on AWS S3), Together AI (AI features), the National Weather Service (weather-triggered checklists), Google Maps (address and location features), Apple Sign In and Google Sign-In (authentication), Stripe (web payments), and Apple's push notification service. Information is shared with the other parties to a workflow when that sharing is the point of the workflow — for example, a maintenance request you submit is shared with your property manager and the vendor they assign, and a client record you create as a realtor is visible to that client once they connect their account.
Account Deletion
You can delete your account from inside the app under Account Management, or by emailing privacy@homewell.pro from the address on the account. Deletion removes personal identifiers from our active systems within 30 days. Some records (financial transactions, audit logs, fraud-prevention data) may be retained longer where required by law or by our payment processor.
Children’s Privacy
HomeWell is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact privacy@homewell.pro and we will delete it.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or export your personal information, or object to certain uses. To make a request, email privacy@homewell.pro from the address on the account.
