Terms of Service

Last updated April 12, 2026. These terms govern use of the HomeWell Property Manager and HomeWell Tenant apps.

Use of the Service

You agree to use HomeWell only for lawful property management, tenant, maintenance, and support activities. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

User Content and Conduct

You may not use HomeWell to harass, defraud, threaten, or publish unlawful content. We may review, restrict, or remove accounts or content that violate these terms or create security, safety, or legal risk.

Availability and Changes

We may improve, suspend, or discontinue features as we evolve the service. We do not guarantee that every feature will be uninterrupted or available in every region or on every device.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. Account deletion can be initiated inside the app. We may suspend or terminate access where needed to protect the platform, comply with the law, or respond to abuse.
